A Defibrillator is now available in a box attached to front of the Afon Duad Public House.

Sion and Sandra from Afonduad Inn have some information re road safety in the Village.

Good news, especially for the Hoel Y Bwt turn off. A new speed limit of 40mph
has been introduced in the approach to the village from Cynwyl Elfed.
Cwmduad also benefits from four new vehicle activated signs,
which have been erected throughout the village in both directions.

A- "Crafty Ladies" - group involves various handicrafts, .
It meets fortnightly on 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month, between 2pm and 4pm.

The 'Coffee Morning' on the 2nd Thursday of every month in the Community Centre at 11.00am .

Country Cars, which had been suspended because we had no drivers, are now operational. See Local Information.


Tai Chi

Tai Chi classes are now held in the Community Centre every Monday between 1.30pm and 2.30pm.

These consist of a set of smooth, flowing exercises used to improve or maintain health, create a sense of relaxation.
This Chinese system of slow meditative physical exercise is designed for relaxation and balance and health.
They are designed to achieve a physical and mental balance and can also be very helpful in preventing recurrences of low back pain.
These gentle exercises are suitable for all ages and abilities.
